Important: Upon completing your online submission, you will receive two (2) emails from accel@windsoradvantage.com. The first is a thank you that confirms receipt and a second email with additional instructions to create an account. The second email may take up to 90 minutes after receipt of application submission. If you do not see an email, please check your junk/spam email. If you are submitting the application after 11PM CDT you will not receive the email confirmation response until the next business day.

  • After you create your account, you will need to complete owner verification. This includes verifying and attesting your personal information (name, SSN, date of birth, citizenship) in order to submit the loan registration. For multiple owner companies, please make sure you have all required personal information for ownership up to a minimum of 50%. If you do not have all required documents available at this time, you may continue with your application. However, all required documents must be provided before your loan can be closed.

  • Reminder: in order to finalize and close your loan, you will need to upload the required documents in your account, in electronic/digital format (pdf), The SBA has defined the following documentation* as acceptable:
    • Articles of incorporation or partnership agreement, as applicable
    • Corporate bylaws or Operating Agreement for borrower
    • 2019 Year-end Balance Sheet and Income Statement
    • Payroll Documentation, which needs to detail
      -  List of employees, annual compensation, and country of residence
